Seller Approval
Guides must apply and be approved before selling. Approval may require a complete profile, experience details, payout readiness, tax information, and agreement to platform rules.
These rules define how guides and sellers should operate on Angler Advice.

Sellers must publish truthful, lawful, useful content and may not upload stolen media, misleading coordinates, unsafe instructions, private land access instructions without permission, or content that violates fishing regulations.
Paid advice should be delivered through Angler Advice so access can be controlled, logged, and supported. Sellers should not pressure buyers to leave the platform to avoid fees or accountability.
The owner split may be configured by default, seller, buyer, listing, or subscription. Seller payout amounts are calculated after owner fees, tracked taxes, refunds, disputes, and other adjustments.
Recurring reports should be posted on the promised schedule and should clearly describe locations, timing, conditions, target species, and what subscribers can expect. Repeated failure to deliver may trigger admin review.
For monthly subscriptions, a purchaser is charged for the calendar month they subscribe in and receives access to eligible reports from that same month. If the subscription remains active and paid, access continues into future monthly periods as each new period is billed. Sellers should understand that report dates control subscriber access, so monthly report posts must use accurate report dates.
Sellers are responsible for their own licenses, taxes, permits, insurance, tournament restrictions, conservation rules, and local regulations.
