Quick answers for buying, selling, subscriptions, video access, and account questions.

Support

What does a buyer get after purchase?

A buyer unlocks the full advice attached to that listing, including private notes, applicable dates, secure video when included, and any private map pins the guide added. Purchases stay in the buyer account library.

Can buyers browse before creating an account?

Yes. Visitors can browse public previews, guide profiles, prices, species, lakes, seasons, and subscription products. An account is required when they are ready to purchase, subscribe, save advice, message, follow, or review a guide.

How do subscriptions work?

Monthly subscriptions charge the buyer when they subscribe and give access to reports dated inside that paid calendar month. Future access continues as future months are paid. If a buyer cancels, they keep reports from months already paid for.

Why can’t I buy a listing yet?

Some listings may be waiting on the guide to finish seller setup, connect Stripe payouts, accept the current Seller Agreement, or finish video processing. The site should only sell content once delivery is ready.

Are map pins exact?

Guides can add coordinates and private map notes. Buyers should still verify water levels, access rules, hazards, weather, regulations, and property boundaries before using any location.

Can I share purchased advice?

No. Paid advice, videos, coordinates, and report details are for the purchasing account only. Public listing pages can be shared, but unlocked content should not be reposted or distributed.

How are refunds handled?

Digital content is generally not automatically refundable after access is unlocked, but admin can review duplicate charges, delivery problems, fraud, or content that materially differs from the preview.

Where do messages show up?

Buyer and seller messages are available from the dashboard and account areas. Email notifications may also be sent depending on the user notification settings.
