Purchases And Disputes

Refund Policy

This policy gives buyers and guides a clear review path for digital purchases and subscriptions.

This is a working business template for the marketplace build. Have a qualified attorney review final legal language before taking real payments from the public.

Digital Product Access

Because tips, videos, reports, and coordinates are digital content, purchases may become non-refundable once unlocked. We can still review refund requests for technical issues, duplicate purchases, fraud, or content that is materially different from its listing.

Refund Review

Buyers can submit a refund review from the purchase page. Admin can review the buyer note, seller, content, payout state, and transaction record before approving, denying, or partially approving a refund.

Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, the buyer pays for the calendar month they subscribe in and receives access to eligible reports dated within that month. Cancellation should stop future billing and future-period access once full Stripe billing is connected. Past subscription periods may be reviewed case by case.

Seller Payout Holds

Seller payouts may be held while a refund, dispute, abuse report, payment failure, or risk review is open.

Chargebacks

Payment disputes may lead to account restrictions while the transaction is investigated. Chargeback fees and reversals may affect seller payout records.

No Automatic Refund After Access

Because advice, coordinates, reports, and videos are digital content, unlocked purchases are generally not automatically refundable. Admin may still review duplicate charges, technical delivery problems, fraud, or content that materially differs from the public preview.

Subscription Cancellation

Cancelling a subscription stops future billing after the current paid period. Buyers keep access to reports dated inside months they already paid for, unless access is restricted for fraud, chargeback abuse, legal issues, or platform misuse.

Processor And Dispute Fees

Payment processor fees, dispute fees, chargeback costs, taxes, and payout reversals may affect refund amounts, platform records, and seller payout timing.
